The Calypso intruder lock from Cal Royal is best for securing rooms inside of public buildings such as schools and hospitals. The intruder function allows you to lock a door with a key from either the inside or the outside.

Latch bolt is operated by rotating the inside lever, or rotating the outside lever only when not locked from the inside or outside key. Outside lever is locked and unlocked by turning the key inside or outside lever. The inside lever cannot be locked.
