The Von Duprin 8847 is a concealed vertical rod panic bar. The exit device latches into the top and bottom of the door frame. Only available as fire rated.
Von Duprin 88 Series Surface Mounted Vertical Rod Device is for use on all types of single and double doors.
UL listed for accident hazard installations.
Covers stock hollow metal doors with 86 or 161 cutouts.
Fits door stiles as narrow as 3-1/2".
Device is furnished with 299 strike in dull black finish, 248L-4 and 304L strikes. All necessary mounting fasteners are included.
Mortise cylinder must be selected for 8847L and 8847TL Exit Device. Rim Cylinder must be selected for all other devices.
