Payment and Shipping Policy


We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Purchase Order (see below), and Checks by Fax.

If your prefer to order on the telephone, please call us at 1-800-508-6889 or 952-435-5003 and we will be happy to take your order!

For schools, government agencies and organizations that utilize Purchase Orders, please call us at 1-800-508-6889 or 952-435-5003 to set up an account. Subsequent purchase orders may be faxed to 952-322-5103 or emailed to dave@wholesalelocks.com.

Minimum Order Requirements:
Some items may require a minimum quantity and/or minimum dollar purchase. If there is a minimum on any item(s) that you have ordered, we will contact you by phone and/or email before processing. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order or that portion of your order without charge.

Sales Tax
Wholesalelocks.com is required to withhold Minnesota state sales tax (6.875%) on all orders placed and/or shipped in Minnesota. Customers outside of Minnesota are responsible for payment and filing of any local sales or use tax that may be required for their location.

To provide a reliable and traceable method of delivery, most orders are shipped via UPS.

We do not ship to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or Internationally. Please contact us for further information if you use a freight forwarder.

Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated on weight and size of package, with additional charges for expedited delivery. In some cases, you may save on shipping by purchasing more items at one time.
  • You can calculate your exact shipping charges by placing your item(s) in the shopping cart and following instructions to check out. You will have the opportunity to see your complete charges before your order is placed. You will then have the option to cancel or continue and place your order.
  • Please be aware that shipping is expensive. Please make sure that you give us the correct address information. Include designations such as Street, Avenue, Boulevard, Circle, Court, etc. Please do not abbreviate street names or towns.
  • If you are shipping to a different address, please inform the recipient that a package has been sent so that the delivery will not be refused. If a package is returned to us we will bill the purchaser for all related shipping charges.
  • Please note that some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you purchase multiple items they may arrive in multiple boxes and on different days.
Express Services:
We offer premium shipping services. To assure desired delivery date, we strongly suggest you place your order by phone at 1-800-508-6889 or 952-435-5003. Your order will be shipped via ground service unless you choose one of our express services. Each service carries an additional charge. Please be aware that expedited delivery charges can exceed the cost of the item. We offer 3-day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Online orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST to be processed the same day. To calculate delivery date, do not include the day of the order and do not include Saturdays or Sundays. After 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST, all expedited shipping orders must be placed by phone.

Some items cannot be expedited due to the constraints of some of our vendors. If this is the case, we will contact you via phone and/or email before shipping any portion of your order.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided on your order. If this results in additional shipping charges, the purchaser will be billed for those excess charges.

Delivery Times
On all ground shipments, please allow 10 business days from shipment date. If your order requires special handling (keying, plating, electrification, etc.) the delivery date will vary.
